Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchange is allowed only for size or design, subject to stock availability.

Sale, discounted, and customized items are not eligible for exchange.
To request an exchange, please contact us on our official WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and product images.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong item.
Refund requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.

Hayat Pret will bear the shipping cost if a wrong or defective item was delivered.

Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution. This will not be considered a valid reason for refund or exchange.
